
Student Pathways
Students who complete their HSC at SEDA College will have access to pathways into further education, training and employment in a variety of industries.
At SEDA College, students are encouraged to realise their ambitions and goals through the development of a focused education and career plan. Each student’s plan reflects their individual interests and is designed around achieving positive long-term outcomes.
Upon successful completion of the program, SEDA College remains committed to maintaining contact with each student, supporting them as they transition into further study or the workforce.
In partnership with Sydney TAFE, SEDA College graduates are able to transition directly into one of ten Diploma qualifications and two certificate III programs:

These Diploma programs have pathways into a range of degree courses at universities such as University of Western Sydney, University of New South Wales, University of Sydney, Macquarie University, University of New England, Charles Sturt University and the University of Canberra.
CQUni will offer SEDA College students the opportunity to enrol into a SUN distance education pathway program during Year 11 and 12 which will give successful students direct entry into the first year of a university degree. SEDA College staff will support students in their study of extra units. Students can choose to complete units aligned to a range of different degrees, including business, media, heath, sport, psychology and education. These units will then be offered as credits towards the relevant degree course when students commence university. Please note: an additional cost for SUN courses applies but it is significantly reduced compared to the fee charged for a university student.
The College at WSU
Foundation Studies at The College at WSU is a guaranteed pathway to an undergraduate degree at Western Sydney University. Designed specifically to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed for university, Foundation Studies programs are a great way to explore the different subjects students can access.
WSU Diplomas are available in the following fields:
- Arts
- Business
- Communication and Design
- Construction, Engineering and Building Design Management
- Information and Communications Technology, and Health Information Management
- Health Science and Nursing
- Science
- Social Science, Policing and Criminal Justice
SEDA College students who successfully complete their HSC will receive guaranteed entry into the Diploma of Sport Development with SEDA Group at one of their Victorian locations. The Diploma of Sport Development allows students to apply to university as a non-year 12 applicant. SEDA Group also has a range of guaranteed entry pathways with Victorian Universities for students who complete the Diploma qualification.
